Sooner than you hoped, you arrived at school. It was a relaxing journey since you felt like the weight was lifted of your shoulders... Well, it was probably because Matthew kindly insisted on holding your bag.
As you entered school grounds, you were already greeted by many countries saying "Good Morning" in their language(s). Then you received comments from the "Bad Touch Trio" which was basically made up of Francis, Gilbert and Antonio.
"Guten Morgen Prinzessin!" Gilbert yelled in German.
"Buenos días, chica!" Antonio waved.
"Mon cher! 'ow cute~!" Francis chuckled.
You blushed wildly, and realised Alfred was still holding your hand and Matthew was still carrying your bag for you! From the looks of it, you were a spoiled princess! You slipped your hand away from Alfred's and took your bag back from Matthew,
"Er... Thanks guys, but I think I can carry this on my own now..." You said awkwardly laughing, "I guess we should go to our tutor groups now? Bye and thanks Matthew," You said kindly waving goodbye at him.
He blushed and nodded, "Alright then, I'll see you later in Maths, French and English _____."
You turned to Alfred who was grinning like mad,
"Everyone is too busy outside greeting others, we'll totally be the first people in class! Dude let's go!! " He said hyperactively, grabbing your hand again and running down the corridor, loudly laughing. Alfred dragged you with him to class and then suddenly stopped in the doorway, causing you to slam straight into him. You looked at his horrified face and then looked around the class. Arthur was there, writing the date on the interactive white board with his unique handwriting.
"That should do it." He sighed, taking a step back to admire his work. Everything was tidy, the register was placed neatly next to a tidy pile of blank white paper. He sat down, raised his feet on the table and bit an apple.
"Dude!!" Alfred released your hand and walked over to Arthur, whining in a ten year old's voice, "I wanted to be early!"
Arthur, his eyes wide from surprise, jumped out of his seat and began to argue back when he saw you standing by the door with no idea with what was going on. He simply coughed and you then realised you looked completely clueless.
"Good morning _____." Arthur said calmly, ignoring the irritated American next to him.
"Morning Arthur," You replied as you walked over to your seat.
"You'll see! I will so be early next time!" Alfred announced in his hero voice.
You had a conversation with the two boys, avoiding arguments, and then a trouble maker/flirt waltzed into the room, his shoulder length blond locks shimmering as he did so.
"Ohononon~ dear _____, why are you 'anging with these not-so-gorgeous people?" He said greeting you, and also causing a disturbance to the peaceful atmosphere.
"Morning Francis," you sighed as he took his seat.
"What did you say Frog?!" Arthur yelled in his British accent, slamming his fist on the table.
"You Frenchie! Why don't you just shut up dude?!" Alfred yelled at the same time, poking Francis' head with a pen.
You sighed, and looked outside. There was always fights in your class, they always started with a careless comment and then boom! An argument erupts.
"Ciao~!" Feliciano said as he stepped into the room, "Why-a you looking so down ____?"
"Morning Feli," You said, looked over to the arguing trio, "it's just that... These guys always seem to fight and I don't understand why they just can't get along..."
The blond boys saw that you looked upset and stopped fighting. Silence.
Francis was the first to break it, coughing, "So 'ow was your Christmas ____?"
You smiled and then everyone chatted comfortably once again. Soon, Kiku, Ludwig, Ivan and Yao stepped in and joined in the conversation.
"Ve~ Christmas in my country was so beautiful~! Everyone put lights on this big mountain, everyone cooks a big turkey and we give presents to all the mob bosses we know!" Feli said, smiling.
When everyone asked Kiku about his Christmas, he hesitantly spoke - causing Vash, a student from Switzerland, to open the door and scowl at him. "Christmas is about family and loving people! Now get bent!" Vash said slamming the door, shocking everyone.
"Alright then..." You said, awkwardly, and continued to ask the others about their Holiday and Christmas.
Alfred said that he ate stuff until he was sick, Ivan talked about how Dec 25 was just a normal day for him, Francis said that he made Santa Claus drunk with wine and Yao said in his country they couldn't have Christmas trees since they burn easily.
"Wow! Everyone's Christmas sounds so different and unique~!" You said to yourself, grinning.
"Well," Arthur spoke, "in my country we--"
He was interrupted by the school bell ringing loudly, everyone went back to their places around the table, leaving Arthur speechless.
Tutor class began, the register was taken and everyone chatted about their New Year and New Year's resolutions.
Arthur was about to talk when the bell, yet again, interrupted him.
"Why me?" He said in despair.
You chuckled, patting him on the back, "Poor Arthur, hey, English is our next lesson~!"
